A rollover crash in West Allis has claimed the life of a teenager and left two other minors injured, according to local authorities. The incident occurred around 5:45 p.m. last Saturday near South 116th Street and West Theo Trecker Way. The West Allis Police Department reported receiving calls about a black SUV being driven recklessly prior to the crash. According to an account from Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, the vehicle ultimately rolled over causing serious injury to the teenage occupants.

Upon arrival at the scene, officers discovered three juveniles inside the overturned vehicle. Attempts were made to swiftly save the severly injured teenager; however, he was pronounced dead after being transported to the hospital. WISN 12 News has confirmed with the medical examiner's office that the victim was a 17-year-old boy. They reported that the two other minors were hospitalized with minor injuries but are expected to survive.

The investigation into the precise causes of the crash is ongoing. While the authorities have yet to release the names and ages of all the involved parties, they do suspect that high speeds and reckless driving played a significant role in the outcome of the event. No other vehicles were involved in the incident, which appears to be confined to the actions of the driver and passengers of the black SUV.
