Three individuals have been arrested and charged in connection with a fatal shooting that took place earlier this month in Houston, Texas. Specifically, the incident occurred on March 1 at an apartment complex located at 8301 Willow Place Drive. According to the City of Houston's news release, two adult males, Andres Garcia, 20, and Joshua Richards, 17, face capital murder charges following their involvement in the death of 18-year-old Miguel "Mickey" Gonzalez Jr.
The investigation, handled by the HPD Homicide Division's Sergeant B. Roberts and Detective J. Wallschlaeger, led to the arrest of Garcia, Richards, and a 16-year-old juvenile last Friday.
