Mount Pleasant Township was shaken early Sunday when a home on Poker Road became the target of a drive-by shooting, resulting in the charging of three men. According to WTAE, the assailants fired multiple shots into the residence, causing damage to the property's front door and a side window, as confirmed by the Pennsylvania State Police, who discovered evidence of bullets both inside and in proximity to the house.
The investigation pointed to four men arriving at the scene in a vehicle, shooting at the home, and consequently fleeing the area, as reported by CBS News Pittsburgh. Three suspects—Nino Manno, 20, Ronan Hunter, 18, and Joshua Gross, 21—face varied allegations, with Mano and Hunter being charged with aggravated assault and discharge of a firearm into an occupied structure and Gross with conspiracy.
While three of the suspects are now inmates at the Westmoreland County Prison, authorities have identified a fourth individual connected to the crime. However, charges are yet to be brought forth.
As the case progresses, the District Attorney's Office informed CBS News Pittsburgh that each accused has been slapped with a $500,000 bail—none have managed to secure their release and are pending preliminary hearings scheduled later in the month.
