Englewood residents can prepare to dust off their activity gear, as Tringali Park Recreation Center is slated for a highly anticipated reopening on April 7, bringing back a bevy of programs for all ages. According to a recent announcement by the Charlotte County, the community hub located at 3460 North Access Road will welcome the public back with operations running Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The reopening heralds a range of activities, including the Rootin’ Tootin’ Toddlers program, Bridge gatherings, and Zen in Motion classes. Offering programs such as these, the recreation center aims to reinstate itself as a social and physical cornerstone for locals to connect and engage after the hiatus.
In addition to the activity lineup, the Tringali Community Center will again open its doors for public rentals, starting the same day as the recreation center's revival. This move is anticipated to reignite local events, offering a space for gatherings, parties, and community meetings that has been dearly missed.
