The manhunt intensifies across Northern Ohio as the U.S. Marshals amplify their call for assistance to capture Kenneth Kirk. At 44 years old, Kirk now occupies the unwelcome spotlight as a prominent fugitive, wanted for shirking the responsibilities imposed by a supervised release. This comes following his initial conviction for being a felon unlawfully in possession of a firearm, a matter settled within the stark confines of a federal courthouse.
According to the release issued by the U.S. Marshals Service, after serving a 30-month sentence, Kirk's freedom was to be tethered to a three-year term of supervised release. However, in November of the year 2024, his sudden disappearance spurred authorities to issue a fresh warrant for his arrest. Attempts to pin down his whereabouts precisely have thus far proven futile—although it is believed he may lurk within certain areas of Toledo, notably its south and east sides.
Kirk's last confirmed location was the 2100 block of Broadway in Toledo. He is described as a white male, standing 6’2” with a substantial frame of 300 lbs, and identified by brown hair coupled with hazel eyes. Given his history, the authorities caution that Kirk should be considered both armed and potentially dangerous to encounter.
The public, who might catch a glimpse of a man matching Kirk's description, are urged to contact the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force swiftly. Individuals with valuable information can choose to either directly call the task force at 1-866-4WANTED (1-866-492-6833), or anonymously ring the Toledo Crime Stoppers at 1-419-255-1111. It's even possible to submit a tip online discreetly. Reward money is duly waiting for those whose tips lead to an arrest.
