The search intensifies for Devora Lopez-Romero, a 17-year-old student from Furness High School reported missing since last seen on March 19, 2025. The Philadelphia Police Department seeks assistance from the public, as per the announcement disseminated on their official website. Devora, described as 5'02" in height, weighing 110 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair, was last spotted departing her residence at around 1:00 PM.
School records, according to the police report, show that Devora did attend classes on the 20th and 21st of March, yet her seat remained vacant on Monday without explanation; on the day she went missing, her attire consisted of a black shirt paired with red pants. Devora's familiarity with the North Philadelphia area is noted by authorities, which could potentially offer a starting point in her search.
The school and local residents are urged to come forward with any pertinent information. The South Detectives division can be contacted at 215-686-3013, or in urgent cases, dialing 911 is advised.
