The West Sacramento Police Department is seeking the community's help in locating an individual connected to a vandalism incident at River City High School. According to the department's social media post, the incident in question took place last Monday, and saw the suspect arriving on the scene on a bicycle, equipped with a large piece of cardboard and a step ladder.
The individual, whose actions were captured on camera at approximately 10:50 p.m., is described as being clad in dark attire, brown boots, and donning gloves with a skeleton outline, accompanied by a face mask and dark colored backpack.
