Austin's theatre lovers are in for a treat with the return of Hamilton to Bass Concert Hall, and a special #Ham4Ham digital lottery that has been announced could get them into the show for just $10. According to CBS Austin, the offer is part of a collaboration between producer Jeffrey Seller and Texas Performing Arts Broadway in Austin, providing 40 tickets per show at a fraction of the regular price.

The highly anticipated stint of Hamilton, which begins on March 25 and runs through April 6, has created a chance for fans to see the acclaimed musical which has racked up 11 Tony Awards, a Grammy, a Pulitzer Prize, and an Olivier Award. In a statement obtained by MSN, it's noted that the show's blend of hip-hop, jazz, R&B, and traditional Broadway music has solidified its status as a contemporary cultural phenomenon.

Those interested in participating in the lottery can enter weekly from 10:00 AM every Friday until 12:00 PM the following Thursday, for the upcoming week of performances. The official Hamilton app or the musical's website are the gateways to entry. As per CBS Austin's report, winners will then be notified every Thursday between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM.

Lottery winners, who must be over the age of 18, can look forward to purchasing up to two tickets, which are non-transferable. However, upon arrival to retrieve them, having to show their valid photo ID, they must be picked up at will call 90 minutes before showtime. Regular tickets for the show remain on sale for those who might miss out on this opportunity, and additional late-release seats could become available, eking out chances to experience the theatrical masterpiece.
