Nashville's Antique Archaeology, a significant point of interest for fans of the History Channel's "American Pickers" and its co-creator and star, Mike Wolfe, is set to shut down later this month, as reported by several local news outlets. In a statement obtained by WSMV, Mike Wolfe said, "This place has meant the world to me — not just the brick and mortar, but the people. The community. The visitors from all over the world who came through those doors, shared their stories, and reminded me every day why I started this journey in the first place."

The closure date for the Nashville location is set for April 27, and Wolfe is scheduled to be present in the store the day before closure, on April 26, making his final public appearance at the location between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. to express his gratitude to his Nashville supporters, according to Fox17.

Wolfe’s decision to close the store comes months after the loss of Frank Fritz, his long-time show co-star, an event which sentiment he conveyed, "This isn't goodbye — it's just a new rhythm," as stated by WSMV.
