The restaurant manager, Ashley Chuk, emphasizes the benefits of Okinawa's unique model. "We offer an all-you-can-eat option where customers can order everything on the menu, with limit ordering. They can try different dishes, and everything comes out hot and fresh," Chuk told the city's news release. Co-owner Long Chen noted the freshness of seafood: "Every day in the morning, we prepare all the fresh cod, we make sure everything is fresh and hot when it’s served to the customer. If we have leftovers, we throw them away, we never reuse them." This commitment to fresh food is something the restaurant takes seriously, offering a respite from concerns over communal buffets.
Strategically located at 1325 W. Interstate 20 #121, Okinawa Asian Cuisine has found a receptive community in Arlington. Pricing options are designed to cater to varying appetites and schedules. Lunch and dinner are set at competitive prices of $19.95 and $29.95, respectively, and the hours are accommodating, with the restaurant serving meals late into the evening.
