According to a report published by the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department, two individuals, a 42-year-old woman and a 51-year-old man, were accosted by a pair of gunmen demanding they exit their vehicle—an ordeal that unfolded in the parking lot of the Burger King at 5030 Natural Bridge around 11:30 p.m. last Saturday.
After purchasing food from the fast-food restaurant, the couple decided to park and enjoy their meal, little did they expect the night to take a harrowing turn when two men, previously seen wandering past, would aggressively return and escalate the situation, police were told, the assailants pointed firearms and forcefully commandeered the woman's gold Ford Edge, discarding the victims' cell phones out the window as they fled the scene—the incident not only left the couple without their vehicle but also without a firearm that had been inside.
