Two armed suspects are on the run after a bold midmorning robbery at a local donut shop in Houston, Texas. According to the Houston Police Department's Robbery Division, the incident took place at approximately 10:00 am on Saturday, March 29. The shop, situated on the 6100 block of Telephone, was stormed by two male assailants wielding handguns.
The suspects, described only by their clothing as one in a dark pullover and navy pants, the other in a black pullover with same-colored trousers, took an aggressive approach by jumping over the counter. They demanded access to the cash register, subsequently instructing the employee to open the cash drawers. With the money in hand, the assailants fled on foot, heading north, as reported by the Houston Police Department’s Robbery Division.
Details on the suspects' descriptions have been scarce, save for their attire at the time of the robbery: one suspect wore a black pullover, navy pants, white socks, and slides, while the other sported a dark pullover, similar navy pants, white socks, and black slides.
