Authorities are currently on the lookout for suspects after a brazen daytime bank robbery in Centennial. The incident, which involved three masked individuals robbing an ATM technician, occurred last Thursday at approximately 3:30 p.m. According to the Arapahoe County Sheriff's Office, the robbery took place at the Wells Fargo Bank located at 18515 E. Smoky Hill Rd.
During the robbery, a technician was servicing an outdoor ATM when the assault happened. Despite some of the stolen cash spilling onto the ground, it was quickly recovered. The ACSO has disclosed that the three suspects were fully disguised with ski masks and gloves, making identification difficult. They were last seen fleeing the scene in a 2023 gray Nissan Rogue. In efforts to swiftly apprehend the suspects, ACSO and the FBI, Denver Safe Streets Task Force are asking for the public's assistance to come forward with any relevant information.
