The Attorney General's lawsuit aims to permanently stop Martin from operating in Pennsylvania. Martin's troubles with the law are not new. Since 2022, he has faced at least seven court judgments and is currently involved in a criminal case concerning theft and deceptive practices. These ongoing legal issues underline a pattern of behavior that the recent lawsuit aims to address and end.
