The avant-garde entertainment company had planned to start performances this week, but fans will now have to wait until the end of next month for the shows to begin.
Despite breaking ground last year, aerial footage captured by Skywitness 9 and reviewed by WFTV indicated that significant construction work is still required to complete the venue. The Blue Man Group's updated ticket sale dates on their website reflect the new start date of May 29. The upcoming ICON Park location represents the trio's first theater constructed from the ground up, designed to enhance their signature multi-sensory experiences with advanced audio, lighting, and video technology. A Blue Man Group spokesperson expressed their anticipation of bringing their unique style back to Orlando, as per ClickOrlando, admitting that "unfortunately, that comes with occasional challenges."
Ticket prices for the delayed shows range from $62 to $107, before taxes and fees, with purchases available through their website.
