At approximately 6 p.m., an unidentified man allegedly entered the Circle K convenience store located at 1704 Arapahoe Avenue, threatening the clerk with what has been described as a knife or boxcutter and proceeding to take money from the register before fleeing the scene, according to the Boulder Police Department.

The suspect, while covering his face during the incident, has been characterized as a Latino male. Described as wearing a gray shirt adorned with the phrase (Experts Only) in red lettering on the back, black jeans, gray hat, and black sneakers, he managed to elude capture and remains at large. Detectives are also looking to identify another individual who might have been involved, seen outside the store near the time of the robbery.
