The incident, which occurred at approximately 7:06 a.m., left one individual wounded with a gunshot; the officers discovered the victim who reported being shot by another driver, the suspect who was swiftly identified as 33-year-old DeWayne Pittman and consequently apprehended, while the injured party was taken to a local hospital and is expected to pull through, demonstrating remarkable resilience in the face of an atrocious act.
