
A fatal shooting has occurred at a residence located on the 13300 block of Emily Road in Dallas, Texas. Last Saturday, Dallas Police were called to the scene at approximately 6:05 a.m. after reports of a disturbance. Their preliminary investigation found that William Calderon, age 35, had entered the premises and fired shots that resulted in two victims being critically injured. Calderon subsequently died from what appears to be a self-inflicted gunshot wound. Out of the two individuals shot, 54-year-old Maria Hernandez did not survive and was declared dead at the location.
The Dallas Police Department reported the second victim was urgently transported to the hospital by Dallas Fire-Rescue and remains in critical condition. The Dallas Police have documented this incident under case number 047393-2025 and describe the inquiry into the homicide as ongoing.
