The Detroit Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in locating 16-year-old Anthony Smith, who has been reported missing since last Saturday. According to a report from ClickOnDetroit, Smith was last seen in the 18200 block of Robson Street, departing from his residence in a blue Ford Escape without permission and has not returned.
Smith is described as being approximately 5 feet 4 inches in height, with black hair, brown eyes, and weighing around 125 pounds. Notably, he has multiple tattoos on his body. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a red jacket with a black jacket over it, black pants, and shoes of an unknown description. Anyone with information on Anthony’s whereabouts is encouraged to reach out to the Detroit Police Department’s 12th Precinct at 313-596-1240 or to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-Speak Up.
In a concerted effort to amplify the search, the Detroit Police Department's Missing has also taken to social media, posting details of Smith's disappearance on their official Facebook page.
