She was believed to have been in the company of Donte Parker, her boyfriend, and a suspect who made a daring escape from police custody in handcuffs earlier this year. The appearance of Pintar resolves a missing person's case that began on Feb. 3, the same day her boyfriend eluded law enforcement. Despite the dramatic circumstances of her association with the fugitive, her motives and the details of her disappearance remain under investigation, Elyria police say. Donte Parker, still on the run, is wanted on a litany of charges ranging from aggravated robbery and assault to strangulation or suffocation, according to information obtained by News 5 Cleveland.
The incident that initiated this chain of events took place when Elyria police, conducting a welfare check at an apartment on Washington Avenue, discovered Parker hiding under a bed with a firearm. Parker’s escape ensued shortly after his discovery and subsequent arrest. In the aftermath of Pintar turning herself in, law enforcement focuses squarely on locating Parker.
