As summer approaches, Euless Parks & Community Services is gearing up for its seasonal Summer Adventure Camp/Summer Teen Camp, with a registration system designed to offer every child a chance to soak up the sun and create memories. The registration for the camp follows a lottery system, with deadlines set for both returning and new residents. According to a recent announcement by the City of Euless, residents coming back have from February 1 through February 28 to submit their applications, while those new to the area had the month of March carved out specifically for them.
There's still a chance for the procrastinators among us; Open Enrollment runs from April 1 to May 30. A mere $10 deposit for each week of camp will secure a child's spot, but it's due before camp kicks off. The system is laid out to keep things as fair and organized as possible, ensuring everyone's kids get a go at the slots. If you missed the initial deadlines, visit the Parks & Community Services page for more information or dial 817-685-1666, as outlined in their April 1st, 2025 press release.
Euless Parks & Community Services sets the stage for a summer of growth, play, and community. The registration process aims to reduce chaos, ensuring parents don't have to camp out virtually, hoping to snag a spot for their kids. Therefore, taking the time to understand the dates and requirements can help streamline the admissions journey. The staff will email to confirm enrollment for those who successfully navigated the application process.
