
Extended Day schools in Philadelphia are completing registrations for their first-ever Spring Break Camp. Several provider organizations are offering enriching experiences for students during the break. The City of Philadelphia has recognized these groups, with some reaching full enrollment for their Spring Break programs.
Young Achievers Learning Center achieved 100% enrollment at Laura Carnell E.S. and Universal Creighton C.S. Boys & Girls Clubs of Philadelphia, Inc. reached gold status at Solis-Cohen E.S., and Sunrise of Philadelphia, Inc. earned gold status at Southwark E.S. Methodist Services also reached the gold standard for their work with Louis Farrell E.S. and Samuel Gompers E.S, as reported by the City of Philadelphia.
The Early Life Academy achieved 99% enrollment at John H. Webster E.S., earning silver status, while Communities in Schools of Philadelphia, Inc. had 88% enrollment, earning bronze. The Extended Day, Extended Year program provides free before and after-school care and enrichment camps during breaks, according to the City of Philadelphia.
