Residents of a quiet street in Harris County were disrupted by an unusual case of trespassing when James Walker, a former resident, forced his way into his prior home and startled the new owners by aggressively sifting through their mail. The incident, which took place on Tuesday, prompted a call to Harris County Constable Precinct 4, leading to Walker's swift arrest after he had left the scene.
The confrontation reached a boiling point when Walker burst into the residence uninvited and began yelling at the new homeowners, as reported on the official Facebook page of Harris County Constable Precinct 4 deputies arriving on the 4300 Block of Lawn Arbor Drive were alerted by the new occupants, who cited repeated harassment by Walker who had lived there several years ago and his persistent intrusion into their mail; the incident escalated further when Walker became confrontational after he was asked to leave the premises.
Despite Walker's absence upon the authorities' arrival, law enforcement conducted a search resulting in his apprehension "James Walker was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for Criminal Trespass of a Habitation," Harris County Constable Precinct 4's Facebook post stated, noting that his bond was set at $100.00 out of County Court 4.
