Four individuals were placed under arrest in the Houston area on Friday in an extensive operation linked to an Oklahoma kidnapping case. Among those taken into custody was 43-year-old Brandon Ford, apprehended in Montgomery County and charged with possession of a controlled substance and failure to register as a sex offender.
