Bielamowicz has a strong background in real estate and business, highlighted by his role as president of Biel Partners, LLC, and his involvement with NAIOP North Texas and the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors. He also volunteers as a pilot for Angel Flight, a nonprofit that provides access to medical care. Bielamowicz holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate from The University of Texas at Arlington, as per the Office of the Texas Governor.
His experience in the mental health field began in 2016 when Governor Abbott appointed him to the Texas State Board of Examiners of Psychologists. He later became the board's chair in 2020 and was reappointed in 2021. His diverse background suggests a mix of business acumen and dedication to mental health, which is reflected in his current role, according to the Office of the Texas Governor.
