Last week, deputies from Constable Mark Herman's Office arrested Afzin Sabah for driving under the influence on the 19000 block of Kuykendahl Road. Sabah showed clear signs of intoxication, and a subsequent test revealed her blood alcohol content was 0.160, more than twice the legal limit.
According to Mark Herman, Harris County Constable Precinct 4's Facebook post, she was arrested and booked into Harris County Jail, charged with Driving While Intoxicated. Despite the charge, her bond was set at $100 by County Court 16.
The constable's office encourages residents to stay informed through their social media updates and the "C4 NOW" app, which provides live feeds on crime and public safety.
