On Monday, deputies from Constable Mark Herman's Office stopped a vehicle on the 23800 block of Aldine Westfield Road. The driver, Jonathan Hernandez, was stopped for undisclosed reasons. An investigation revealed that the temporary tag on the vehicle had been tampered. Tampering with a tag is a violation of government protocols, as reported by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
"Jonathan Hernandez was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Tampering with a Government Document," as stated by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4. Hernandez's bond was set at $100.00 by County Court 4.
