Deputies from Constable Mark Herman's Office were dispatched to a disturbance in the 8300 block of Windy Oaks Drive on April 12, where they encountered and subsequently detained Heather Warren. According to the official Facebook page of Harris County Constable Precinct 4, Warren had allegedly threatened multiple individuals with a butcher knife prior to her arrest.
The authorities were quick to safely diffuse the situation, managing to not directly place anyone at further risk. Following the apprehension, an investigation quickly unfolded, substantiating the claims of Warren's aggressive behavior with the knife, as reported by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
In a post released by Harris County Constable Precinct 4's Facebook page, Constable Mark Herman stated, "Heather Warren was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail or Aggravated Assault. Her bond was set at $10,000.00 out of the 263rd District Court." The directness of the Constable's report underlines the severity of the crimes Warren has been accused of.
Warren is now facing serious legal trouble, and the high bond shows how serious the charges are.
