These warrants, as detailed by Harris County Constable Precinct 4, were serious in nature—a felony warrant for dangerous drugs and a failure to appear in court. "Parish Wilson was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for the open warrants and charged with Criminal Mischief. His bond was set at $100.00 out of County Court 3," Herman stated.
