Folsom's annual Festival of Eggs is coming up, bringing a collection of egg-centric activities to Lembi Park on Saturday, April 19, as reported by a recent announcement. This family-friendly event, set to take place from 8 to 11 a.m., invites egg hunters of all ages to join the Bunny Trail where goodies and eggs abound.
In a bid to offer some wholesome family fun, the festival is organized with staggered check-in times to keep the springtime merriment flowing smoothly. Ages 6 and under get to start their scavenger hunt from 8 to 9:30 a.m., with the older crew, ages 7 to 10, hopping in from 9:30 to 11 a.m.
The Festival of Eggs offers more than just an egg hunt. There’s a pancake breakfast available for purchase, plus family-friendly entertainment, carnival games run by the Folsom Teen Council, and vendor booths for shopping or browsing.
Parents planning to attend with their kids can reach out to Frankie Nelson from Folsom Parks & Recreation for any questions or details. Contact her at [email protected] or call 916-461-6614, as noted in the City of Folsom.
