Following a traffic stop conducted by deputies from Constable Mark Herman's Office, a driver was detained on counts of Reckless Driving and Unlawful Carry of a Weapon. The incident took place on the 14700 block of Katy Freeway where the driver, later identified as Andrew Bowman, was reportedly driving erratically and at high speeds.
The arrest took place on Tuesday, "Andrew Bowman was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Reckless Driving and Unlawful Carry of a Weapon. His bond was set at $100.00 out of County Court 6,” according to a social media post from Constable Mark Herman's office.
Constable Mark Herman's Office wrapped up with a call for residents to stay informed by following their activities on Facebook and downloading the "C4 NOW" mobile app, which offers live updates on crime, arrests, and traffic accidents in the local area.
