In the course of the sting operation, Yonghua Lou, identified as an employee at the establishment, was taken into custody. She now faces charges not only for prostitution but for her operation without a legitimate massage license. In the statement obtained by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4, there was a red flag raised with the property that had prompted the investigation.
