A man was fatally shot late last night in a gas station parking lot in southwest Houston. The incident occurred around 11:15 p.m. in the 9300 block of S. Main Street near NRG Stadium. According to Click2Houston, Houston police officers were nearby responding to a car accident when they heard gunshots and found the victim in the Valero parking lot.
Lt. J.P. Horelica stated that the man had multiple gunshot wounds. Paramedics from the Houston Fire Department performed CPR and transported him to a trauma center, where he was later pronounced dead. FOX 26 Houston reports that investigators are reviewing evidence, surveillance video, and speaking with witnesses. No suspect has been identified yet.
