Houston officials are investigating the mysterious death of a 68-year-old man, found unresponsive in a Montrose Boulevard parking lot and later pronounced dead following a concerning discovery by medical authorities. The investigation is being led by Houston Police Department detectives, Sergeant C. Lamont and Detective A.
