Last night, a juvenile was injured in a shooting incident in Baltimore's Upton neighborhood. As reported by FOX Baltimore, officers were dispatched to the 500 block of Wilson Street around 5:47 p.m. following a shot-spotter alert. The unidentified youth sustained a gunshot wound to the ankle.
Responding swiftly to the incident, Western District Shooting detectives took over the investigation upon their arrival, having found the victim already wounded. The injured juvenile was subsequently taken to a nearby hospital and is said to be in stable condition. This information emerged from an advisory posted by the Baltimore Police Department.
