On last Friday, constables from Constable Mark Herman's Office stopped a vehicle on the Katy Freeway. The driver, Jacob White, showed signs of being under the influence, which was confirmed by the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests conducted by deputies at the scene, as reported by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
White was arrested after being found driving while intoxicated and carrying a loaded firearm unlawfully. He was booked into the Harris County Jail. Constable Mark Herman said, "Jacob White was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Unlawfully Carrying of a Weapon. His total bond was set at $200.00 out of County Court 12," as stated by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
According to Harris County Constable Precinct 4's Facebook page, the "C4 NOW" mobile app provides live feeds on crime, arrests, safety tips, and traffic accidents in the area. The app is designed to keep residents informed about real-time incidents within Precinct 4 and Harris County.
