Residents of Charlotte County can mark their calendars for some outdoor fun, as Lake Betty Park will reopen to the public starting tomorrow. According to officials, the much-anticipated reopening comes with new amenities designed to enhance the recreational experience for families and fitness enthusiasts alike.
The park’s rejuvenation includes two new playscapes designed for children. Additionally, a new ninja course has been added, intended for physical activity and obstacle-based challenges. New picnic shelters, benches, and a grill have also been installed for group gatherings and outdoor meals. The updates are completed by a new walking path suitable for walking or running.
