The Original Spring Job Fair will take place on May 1 at the Las Vegas Convention Center North Hall. Hosted by Clark County Commissioners Tick Segerblom and Jim Gibson in partnership with the EmployNV Business Hub, the event will feature around 100 employers offering thousands of job positions, from entry-level to professional. This is the eighth year of the fair, and there is no charge for job seekers or employers to participate.

Clark County is hosting a free Spring Job Fair and encourages job seekers to pre-register online for faster entry and to preview participating companies. Last year, about 4,000 people attended, with 20 percent receiving job offers. “Our Spring Job Fair is The Original Spring Job Fair,” said Clark County Commission Chair Tick Segerblom. Gibson added, “Helping employers connect to qualified employees helps keep our economy strong.” Attendees should bring multiple copies of their resumes and be prepared to meet with hiring managers.

A free pop-up EmployNV Career Hub will be available during a job fair at 3150 Paradise Rd, Las Vegas, 89109. It will provide computers, printers, and career coaches to help with resumes. The event is scheduled from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Free childcare for potty-trained children ages 3 to 12 will be offered by Kids Quest, with limited space available on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking is free, according to the Clark County.
