The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department responded to a distress call around 4:42 a.m. last Monday, April 28, after an injured male reportedly knocked on a door seeking help on the 2100 block of Citrus Hills Avenue. Despite being rushed to UMC Hospital, the victim's injuries were too severe, and he was pronounced dead sometime after his arrival.
The aftermath of the incident left a blood trail, which officers traced to a sidewalk on the south side of Lake Mead Boulevard.
