Set to be stationed outside Lewisville City Hall, located at 151 W. Church Street, the Kona Ice truck will help locals chill from Noon to 2 p.m. in celebration of what is being called the National Chill Out Day event. "This time of year can be overwhelming, so we want to give people a reason to smile and take a break," he said.
