Man Fatally Stabbed in Bronx Apartment, Stepson Sought for Questioning by NYPD

A 54-year-old man, identified as Craeg Robinson, was fatally stabbed in his Bronx apartment during what police believe was a domestic argument, according to officials. The incident took place yesterday evening at approximately 7 p.m., and upon arrival at 2636 Lyon Ave. in Westchester Square, officers from the 45th Precinct discovered Robinson with a severe stab wound to his torso.

The Emergency Medical Services were called to the scene and swiftly transported Robinson to Jacobi Hospital, where he was later pronounced dead, while his stepson, whom police sought connection with the stabbing, lives in the same apartment he fled the scene before being taken into custody for further questioning, as a police source told NY Daily News.

As the NYPD continues its investigation to piece together the events leading to Robinson's death, they have not disclosed if the stepson, who is in his 20s, will face charges, this detail remains uncertain until the investigation concludes, and the nature of the argument between Robinson and his stepson has yet to be clarified publicly.
