Reports from Harris County Constable Precinct 4's Facebook page describe the driver, an African American male, as having abandoned the vehicle before fleeing on foot. He was last seen wearing a black hat, a black backpack, and blue shorts. Deputies are actively canvassing the area, attempting to locate the suspect, with assistance from aerial support provided by DPS Air Support and ground reinforcements from Constable K9 units.
