The Maui Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying two individuals involved in an incident at a local bank this past Wednesday. According to the department’s statement, the incident occurred around 9:10 a.m. at the American Savings Bank – Kahului Branch. Authorities are seeking a male and a female in connection with the event.
The police have provided descriptions of the sought individuals, the female is said to have a dark complexion and may be of Caucasian descent, her voice marked by a distinct Eastern European, or possibly Russian, accent. Her male counterpart is reported as Caucasian with a lighter complexion, his hair in the distinctive style of a mullet. The Maui Police Department has also made available a photograph of the pair on their Facebook page.
