
In a recent drug crackdown, Milwaukee Police's Special Investigations Division made a major bust, according to a social media post. While arresting a suspect for a probation violation, officers also found and seized a large amount of drugs.
The seizure included an assortment of what officers have listed as two firearms, cocaine weighing 7,744.8 grams, methamphetamine totaling 531.9 grams, fentanyl amounting to 218.3 grams, and THC weighing 3,937 grams. The Milwaukee Police Department expressed their success with an online pat on the back, declaring #StrongWork and #Busted in their post.
With the arrest, law enforcement has taken steps to press charges. The information on the case has been forwarded to the Milwaukee County District Attorney's office, signaling the start of a judicial process that intends to hold the offender accountable.
