Montgomery County Executive Marc Elrich will deliver his "State of the County" address today at 6 p.m. at the Leggett Executive Office Building in Rockville. The public event will review the county’s achievements over the past year and outline future plans and challenges, according to an Montgomery County release.
The address will take place at 101 Monroe Street. Light refreshments will be served on the terrace level. Parking is available at Monroe and East Jefferson Streets or in the Council Office Building garage. The Rockville Metro station, a few blocks away, offers easy access via the Red Line.
Elrich is expected to cover topics including fiscal policy, healthcare, education, and public safety. The event will be open to questions from attendees and will also be broadcast live on County Cable Montgomery, as well as streamed on the county's Facebook page and YouTube channel.
