
The Metropolitan Police Department is requesting the public's help in locating suspects and a vehicle connected to a shooting in Southeast Washington. The incident occurred on Friday last week, at around 6:11 p.m. when officers responded to reports of gunshots in the 3200 block of 23rd Street, Southeast.
According to the Metropolitan Police Department, upon arrival, officers found two men and a woman injured by gunfire. All three victims were transported to local hospitals for treatment. The police have released images of one of the suspects and the getaway vehicle, captured by surveillance cameras.
The Metropolitan Police Department is offering a reward of up to $10,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible. Anyone with information is urged to call (202) 727-9099 or text a tip to the Department's TEXT TIP LINE at 50411.
