Each report compares the current cash balance to the previous week’s, listing receipts and disbursements by category. It also includes information on reserved cash held in a Trustee Account for specific projects. While weekly balances show short-term financial changes, the official monthly cash balance is finalized at the end of each month after reconciliation.
