The New York Police Department is actively searching for an individual linked to a series of burglaries across various precincts in Queens. According to a social media post from NYPD Crimestoppers, the suspect has been involved in six separate forced-entry incidents, targeting properties in the areas patrolled by the 108th, 109th, 115th, and 110th Precincts.
In their appeal to the public for assistance, NYPD Crimestoppers has detailed that the unidentified individual's approach is consistent with forcible entries where the intent is to remove property. They have announced a reward of up to $3,500 for information leading to the arrest of the suspect. New Yorkers have been urged to step forward with any knowledge they might hold on these crimes. Anyone with information can call the confidential hotline at 800-577-TIPS.
Notably, the NYPD has also provided additional avenues for community members to submit tips anonymously online. Tips can be sent through the official Crimestoppers website or via the handle @NYPDTips on X.
