
Two suspects are currently being sought by the NYPD in connection with an armed robbery in the Rego Park neighborhood of Queens. The crime occurred yesterday morning at approximately 7:40 A.M., according to a social media post from NYPD Crimestoppers.
The police report states that the individuals, who have yet to be identified, confronted a 23-year-old man at the rear of 92-85 Queens Boulevard. Armed with firearms, the duo allegedly demanded and took possession of the victim's property. The NYPD 112th Precinct is actively investigating the incident and has requested the public's assistance in locating the suspects. The severity of this criminal act was highlighted in the NYPD Crimestoppers’ alert, which also included surveillance video of the robbery to aid in identifying the perpetrators. The video shows the two individuals involved in the crime and can be viewed on the NYPD Crimestoppers Facebook page. The police have responded by increasing patrols and are seeking the public's help in apprehending the suspects to prevent further incidents.
