Last week, several local eateries in Allendale Township were targeted by burglars. The Ottawa County Sheriff's Office has since released surveillance photos of the suspected individual. According to FOX17, businesses affected include the Dairy Queen, Jet's Pizza, and Peppino's—all situated on Lake Michigan Drive and discovering break-ins before 1 a.m. last Thursday.

Surveillance videos from the crime scenes show the same suspect forcefully opening cash registers after the businesses had emptied of workers and customers. A K-9 unit from the Wyoming Police Department was called for assistance, but the suspect had already fled the scene, as reported by WWMT. Authorities have not yet disclosed the amount of cash stolen, while efforts to locate the suspect continue.

While the Ottawa County Sheriff's Office continues its investigation into this string of break-ins, they are seeking public support in identifying the suspect. He still remains at large, and investigators are linking the three incidents, treating them as related cases, "Images of a suspect who was hungry in the Allendale area a week ago, but not necessarily for food, are now public," reported WHTC.
